Alla is amazing

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I googled Alla's name because I couldn't find her phone number and I was so surprised to read a horrible review. Honestly, as a long time client of Alla's I do not believe it to be true but what's the internet without a few angry trolls :) I started getting botox and fillers approximately 10 years ago and Alla is the most skilled injector I've ever encountered.

I've continued using her services for the past 3 years and she is now the only injector I will go to. One of the first things I noticed - which is always important to me - is how fresh, beautiful and natural Alla looks. It always scares me when I see an 'overdone' injector. She is always honest and has a great eye for detail.

She doesn't try to sell me anything I don't need even when she knows I would happily purchase it.

Very often I ask her for a filler and she tells me I don't need it respecting that I've told her I want to keep a natural look. I recommend Alla to my friends, family and anyone reading this review.

Love the new nurse

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Saw all the reviews here and I was just going to say there is a new nurse here now. She’s terrific. I admit I wasn’t happy with the last nurse but this nurse now really did an amazing job. I’m extremely happy with my cheeks, they look natural and I can’t keep staring at myself. I brought my girlfriend in with me and she ended up getting her lips done too. We both love our results so I’ll definitely come back again when I’m ready for another fill. It looks so natural I almost forgot what I used to look like lol. Anyhow, the new nurse is fantastic, glad I gave it a chance! Thanks guys! :)

Shame on you Skinology!

Have you ever taken $550 out of your bank account simply to light it on fire and watch it burn? That is how I feel having spent that sum at Skinology... Please know that I have had over 5 years of botox injections at other clinics and know what to expect for treatment of my face. The 'nurse' Alla injected poorly, causing my left eye to droop considerably. I look like I've been punched and count the days until it wears off. My doctor confirmed that Alla was at fault. After complaining to the owner, she had the gall to tell me my next visit would be discounted! Both did not take ownership of the procedure, and I will NEVER step foot in that office again! Funnily enough, Alla is now AWOL. It seems she has the habit of disappearing on a regular basis... Buyer beware!

Skinology Med Spa - Customer Care Review

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Was booked for 1:30 apt. Wasn't given check-in papers until 1:50. Was brought into Managers office to reveiw at 2:10. When asking about their botox dilution rates, they said 50/50, as per Allergan. They got very defensive and said they will not do the treatment because we asked questions -"they did not feel comfortable". I told them the Allergan website provides different dilution instructions. They said their Allergan Rep gave them diff instructions (50/50). I asked for their Reps info. They refused to provide it, as well as the treatment. Based on all reviews of this company, I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Very unprofessional.

Elka and Alla are scam artists

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The products they use don't deliver expected results! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THE PRODUCTS DON'T WORK no matter how much you spend!

Furthermore the only way to resolve your unhappy experience is to spend more for yet more unfavourable results, cut your loses and move on! Save your money and please don't let them talk you into spending more for better results because the original product wasn't enough, oddly this is what Elka the derma filler queen who at 38 years of age is obsessed with looking like a Barbie doll and pushy. Shame on her and Alla! I had to learn the hard way don't make the same mistakes.

If they have to advertise their products on Groupon or any other site that sells discounted products then that should be a warning sign in its self. The business of fillers and spa is very competitive and there are so many out there, word of mouth is probably the best method. I made the mistake of being sucked in the first time but refuse to be had again and turned down another product that I had to spend another 565.00 on, this seems to Elka's resolution to my complaint.

Instead of fixing what obviously didn't work and accepting blame she just tries to sell you more for probably what will turn out to be another negative experience! Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you:/

Skinology Med Spa - Botox Injection Review from Navan, Ontario

Had botox injected - 20 units to treat the lines between my eyebrows. I don't know if they are diluting the product substantially, using product that is old and has lost its efficacy or if it has been stored incorrectly, or just injected incorrectly, but it had no effect! I've had botox multiple times and I know that 20 units should work on me for this region. Not impressed! And yes, as mentioned in other reviews, they definitely are hard sell.

This place is a scam! Do not waste your money , after Elka convinced me to purchase another 350 worth of product for a total of 550.00 for zero results! She gave some *** story about how deep my lines were and that I needed more product and for another 565.00 I would get better results. I've never heard so much nonsense the Groupon basically entitles you to nothing expect spending 250.00 and an additional 350.00 once again for negligible results. After complaining and having another consult with Elka who of course tried to sell me another 565.00 worth of a supposedly better filler which I turned down avoid this place at all costs I'm calling the Better Business Bureau and the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Affairs

Elks and Ala are both SCAM artist! They push you to get treatment and they do not know how to inject. They botched up my face and had lumps everywhere and bruises. They are rude and inconsiderate and all they want is your money. This business is corrupt and should be closed before they ruin more people faces and self esteem. Terrible people and karma will catch up to them.

Pushy, unprofessional and the worst experience I've had!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Attended this clinic as a result of buying a groupon and being assured of the mostly good experiences listed on review websites. Upon being consulted by Alla Raitsin, she basically let me know the treatment offered on the groupon was misleading and only useful for "smoothing" and not "filling" even though there was no distinction on the website other than the fact that the value was $650 and a "dermal filler treatment".

She proceeded to try and upsell me for hundreds if not a thousand dollars for other fillers and then when I asked to think about it she informed me I had no time to think this over and needed to decide that minute. I caved under the pressure and paid more money for a filler that she said would be the better choice. When I finally got into the treatment room the injection specialist seemed nice but several injections in Alla walks into the room compromising the hygienic environment and tells the specialist the next client is here and he's in a rush. I was floored by this action and my eyes went wide as the injection was underway and now was worried about having a botched job.

The injection specialist rushed the rest through and of course now that this swelling has subsided the lips are botched and uneven because of the rushed job. I have been doing fillers for years and have never encountered ANY of this type of unprofessional behaviour.

The Med Spa name is a farce and I have been making sure to let all of my Bayview Village clients know what a joke this place and not give them their business. Shameful for people in this business!

Well I have had no time to try the product as I recieved it on day 10 of the 14 day trial, so i called to cancel until I could verify results and that was a disaster. I had to do get rude and threaten a lawyer before she agreed to give me a cancelation confirmation number. Do not order unless you are using a prepaid card is all i can say. Will update when i get to use it and see the results

Well what to say except that I couldn't be happier with my results. I'll be honest I went in there skeptical as I bought a living social deal and wasn't sure how it would go but I wonderfully surprised.

The Nurse is amazing and the staff are so friendly. They are also very accommodating. I got my lips done and it was the first time using this product which was fantastic. I love my new lips.

Im glad I came across that deal on the internet as I will now be a faithful follower or skinology med spa. Anyone wanting fantastic lips should go see them.

Skinology is AMAZING!

All I gotta say is wow, these people definitely know what they're doing. I read these other reviews and I'm shocked so I had to let people know that I had a very different experience. I loved Skinology. At first I was so nervous but Elka did my consult and answered all my questions. she knows the difference with the fillers available and recommended what would work for me. it did work, the nurse Alla did excellent job on my eyes and lips. no more under eye hollows. it looks like I have an upper lip now. first time ever having fillers and i'm very pleased. Thank you Skinology! I will be back and recommend you to friends and family.

I was redirected from using a product Juvederm Ultra to a much cheaper product called Radiesse but charged exponentially more

I was motivated to contact Skinology, Richmond Hill, Ontario from an Ad they posted on Kijiji. The Ad was originally advertising Juvederm Ultra. When I called I spoke to Elka at the 'Call Center' for Skinology, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Elka redirected me to a product called Radiesse. I attended, the injector was Alla. Alla tried to up sell with other products at the initial appointment. I refused. The product Radiesse, did not last. I attended a second time. The product again did not last. I attended a third time - this is over a 4 - 5 week span. Alla confirmed the product Radiesse 'deflated' as she put it. She gave me two options:

1. A full refund

2. Another appointment - another tube of Radiesse

She was defensive, rude and uncooperative in any attempt to correct the problem that day. She knew I had traveled to attend the appointment. She knew I was a Professional with a busy schedule.

After the first and second appointment, she had no hesitation in taking over an hour of time asking for nutrition advice for her Husband who was seeing a Naturopath at the time and asking for anti-inflammatory advice for him. She showed me personal pictures, talked about her personal life and her friend who just finished a paddling excursion. I was attentive and polite but was curious why she was so interpersonal and unprofessional. She and her business partner Alla took on quite a different persona when I called to report the extraordinary amount of money they had charged me was both disproportional to the efficacy of the product and the wholesale cost. I am a fan of profits but not $200.00 wholesale and $700.00 retail for an ineffective product.

Alla refused to give me a written assurance of a refund. She repeated no less than 4 more times that I would be getting a refund. She reported 'I had to take her word for it'. That last appointment was April 30th, 2014 @ 2:30 p.m. After leaving the Skinology office in Richmond Hill, I received a phone call from Elka. Elka reported the refund was a 'different department'. Odd - according to Alla, there were only two owners - herself and Elka. Skinology owners Alla and Elka now refused to honour the refund. I reported my full conversation with Alla to Elka, confirmed the promise of the refund, reported while Alla refused to write it down, she committed her word. I further said - 'That would be so dishonourable, who would be so dishonourable'. I have made several attempts to contact them to honour their commitment, including reporting them to the Better Business Bureau of Ontario, Merz Pharmaceuticals and now Reviews of my experience. They refuse to make any effort to resolve the matter, honouring the word of Alla.

Summary:

According to Product Consultants I have spoken to, Radiesse wholesales between 150.00 - 250.00 - the retail cost they charged me of $700.00 per tube is unconscionable. Juvederm Ultra retails at the price they charged me for a product that cost exponentially less and by my experience exponentially less effective.

On the first visit, Alla handed me the phone to 'speak' to a doctor. He asked me random questions, any allergies, etc. He did not ask me what I expected from the product, what I understood about the product or the efficacy of the product. As I now understand, industry standard at other Spas demands you be seen by a Doctor and they will not set up an appointment until you have spoken to a Doctor. It is their responsibility to do a full assessment and full disclosure on products for the trusting public. Relying on the random 'sales pitch' of a Call Center personal who claims expertise is just unacceptable.

I was promised a full refund of the initial visit of two tubes of Radiesse. I am now in the unenviable position of having to review my legal options to resolve this matter.

Hi De:

I actually did a bit more research on the whole field of Injectables. I realized how trusting I was.

It did not occur to me the whole industry was unregulated, something of a surprise for sure. However, I did speak to a wonderful Professional from Wellsprings Medical Spa just down the road from Skinology. They use a product called Revanesse. Should I decide to revisit the the whole field I would have no hesitation on using Michelle at Wellsprings.

She is kind and forthright. They keep ongoing specials on the Revanesse line. Right now you can speak to her Receptionist - Mary and arrange a Groupon special for around $200.00. Revanesse is a hylauronic acid based filler - Michelle will never try to up sell like the people at Skinology ...

But interesting enough I came upon this very interesting update on the credibility of Skinology and the owners ... oh my goodness - the connection between an apparent fraud by the name of Louise Talbot and Elka Alikan - co-owner of Skinology. I believe the College of Physicians and Surgeons, along with the BBB would be interested in this:

Terri Cade27 July 2013 02:17

Louise Talbot AKA Lou Proulx has found a way to manipulate herself back into the Toronto Market Place in case Renew Beauty Tukwila or Renew Beauty Dallas go belly up she has a nest egg building in Toronto as her safety net.

Louise Talbot AKA Lou Proulx is using decoys that she delegates "tasks" or AKA "scams" from across the border, as she is currently stuck in the United States because if she tries to re-gain entry back in to Toronto she will be IMMEDIATELY arrested by Canadian Custom Agents. She currently has two felony warrants for breaking into spas and stealing over a half of a million dollars worth of equipment in the Toronto Marketplace.

Louise Talbot AKA Lou Proulx's latest decoys are: Dr.

Anwar Morgan and Leslie Street. Dr. Anwar Morgan is the Medical Director for Med Spa Toronto. He also has a pain management clinic called Skinology Med Spa Richmond Hill.

Both The Med Spa Toronto and the pain management clinic Skinology Med Spa Richmond Hill are REALLY owned by Louise Talbot AKA Lou Proulx and are operated by Dr. Anwar Morgan and Leslie Street. Dr. Anwar Morgan and Leslie Street post pictures online claiming the spa is "theirs" when in actuality they rent a room to do injectables only.

They claim it is there spa with pictures of the interior. In reality they are renting a room there and doing injectables ONLY. Dr. Anwar Morgan and Leslie Street recently have been featured on a variety of online deals in the Toronto Marketplace.

Groupon as well as other Online Deals are taking a HUGE liability because there are NO ASSETS, long term lease, high over head expenses and NO INSURANCE!!! What does this mean?? That Louise Talbot AKA Lou Proulx, Dr. Anwar Morgan and Leslie Street can collect thousands of UP FRONT cash for services not rendered for up to as long as 6 months, pack a few belongings and disappear....

Clients will never get their treatments done. In fact... In fact, that's exactly what they did in July. They closed for 3 weeks and Dr.

Anwar Morgan and Leslie Street both went on vacation!! They need to be STOPPED and exposed before they have another trail of destruction left behind. It is our job to stand as a community and society to stop LOUISE TALBOT AKA LOU PROULX for once and put her behind bars or in a straight jacket where she can stare at white walls all day long and contemplate on all the people she has hurt, lives she has negatively impacted as well as monies she has stolen. Some of Louise Talbot's AKA Lou Proulx's finest past con artist characteristics are: equipment laundering, meaning the equipment has been sold and another re-bought so the serial numbers cant be traced bc the equipment is an asset owned from a different med spa that had filed for bankruptcy and the equipment is an asset of the bankruptcy trustee.

she has stolen and embezzled from, tax evasion, tax fraud, embezzlement and money laundering. Louise Talbot AKA Lou Proulx is most famous for accruing large un-paid balances from vendors for products/goods she has already received, collecting as much up front money as she can from clients for unpaid services, not paying her employees rightful wages and expenses that they have rightfully worked for as well as: DRUM ROLL PLEASE.... STEALING AND PLOTTING AS MUCH MONEY AS SHE CAN OBTAIN FROM ALL SOURCES, SKIMP ON MONTHLY EXPENSES AND THEN BANKRUPT THE COMPANY!!! THE EVIDENCE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF!

ALL OF THIS INFORMATION CAN BE PROVEN AND BACKED UP IN THE COURT OF LAW. IT IS OUR JOB TO SPREAD THE WORD AND SPREAD AWARENESS SO THAT SHE CAN BE PUT TO TRIAL AND PAY FOR HER CRIMES! Reply Replies Elka Alikhan2 August 2013 20:23 These lies need to stop and the true culprits need to be reprimanded for these despicable acts.

I am so glad you took the time to write your review. I have now second guessed my decision to buy a living social offer for Juvederm.

There is nothing worse then going to a medical spa and taken advantage of or always trying to be up sold on more.

It will make me never return. I know it's there job but we as consumers know how much we can spend on treatments and shouldn't feel pressured or uncomfortable when we do decide to go with that establishment.

Janet - as I check the other comments registered about Skinology, I suspect you should be the one to do the research. By all means post what ever you wish.

If all consumers use your logically progression of thought and outcome, you are suggesting no consumer who has had a bad experience should warn the public at large. By logical progression, companies evolved to protect Consumers and their right to have the word of the owners honoured, is a mute point because as your logic goes, if you had an experience you enjoyed, so did everyone else and there is no room for negotiation. If we continue to follow your progression of logic, Elka, one of the owners has every right to make belligerent and outrageous notations about a client she has never laid eyes on yet when the PAYING client responds with the truth of the conversations, you cheer lead the owners to the finish ... Good for you.

That is really logical and actually probably speaks more to my point than yours.

If you check kijiji right now you will see Radiesse advertised for $289.00. Just for your information.

If you paid otherwise, you paid too much

I suspect you have sent your progression of thought to the others who had nothing good to say about their experience at Skinology - Alla or Elka. You should tell them off as well and you should send your thoughts to everyone on this site because if you had a good experience then that is all that is important.

All the best Janet Alla and Elka

Guest

Ummm....hello....Radiesse is much more expensive!!! Like when I called around I got a quote for $800 one place and $699 somewhere else so after reading your review it doesn't sound like you've done your research!

In fact I had a wonderful experience at Skinology and Alla and Elka were both fantastic. They are loaded with info which really actually made me feel comfortable. They have tons of before and after pics of their own clients, to be honest they were very professional and in fact after reading your review it seems like you are the one attacking almost like a child name calling, omg who talks about professionalism and then makes nasty comments about ones face or complexion, that's what you did and seriously that's just not professional at all. Anyhow, I posted a great review about Skinology after my procedure which is how I actually came across this site and reading some of these reviews I don't believe for a second.

After my results and how professional skinology is I will continue to support them and will also be bringing my mom to them as well. GO SKinology!

Without Prejudice

Keep talking Elka - You are confirming my comments and you are adding information for a Law Suit.

Please look at the other comments directed at your company.

Three out of four tell the trusting public to stay away.

Please be advised I have forwarded your post to my Lawyer. You make some very interesting comments that are untrue and impossible to substantiate so I suggest that rather than gather fodder to further your defensiveness you turn your energy to quality services. Both you and your partner Alla show the same lack of integrity and desire to come out blasting your clients as the cause of your failures, rather than the truth - you are more concerned about greed than honouring the products you 'pitch'.

Perhaps you and Alla would both like to speak to comments you both made to me regarding your own injectables:

Alla - at 40 years old has been injecting yourself for years and repeated that to me, including showing me the areas she injects.

As a PhD Nutritionist, I suggested she pay more attention to her nutrition intake. Alla will remember I commented her skin was very pasty and has a damp film on it. I made that comment as she was asking me about Nutrition advise. She will remember she also asked me to show her how I did my eye make up.

She was dissatisfied with her own method. I agreed. I redid her make up and she was thrilled. Just as I was until the product - admitted by Alla - did not work - So I suggest you stop misleading - you are not forthcoming and it will be used in Court.

When I ponder back I should have considered this as well - It seemed unreasonable to be self injecting at 40, not to mention that at 40 you are repeatedly injecting? How is the product working for you Alla? Elka - Quote - In response to my comment that I only just started with injectables - 3 years ago actually - I commented it was nice to have options of injectables - You commented - Yes, you agreed and you are constantly doing touch ups - How old are you Elka? 40ish ...

How are your products working for you? You will be hearing from my Lawyer shortly. I also needs Receipts for the Cash payments I made. Unfortunately I did not expect such unprofessional conduct and left without getting a proper Receipt.

You need to send one along quickly Conduct yourself accordingly If the opportunity was available I would be more than happy to upload a personal picture from 3 years ago. You upload one too - we'll compare. I am 5'8" - 128 lbs in amazing physical condition. And you?

My Lawyer will be in touch - Chose your words carefully when you go on the obnoxious and unsubstantiated attack - it really just confirms your total lack of professionalism and proves my premise. You are driving people away - who would go to a Spa that first attacks their customers before taking responsibility for their short comings and lack of customer service? There's a real vision into this company. Lastly Elka, who do you think your customers are?

You might consider your recruiting campaign - first seeking to alienate all Ladies over the age of 50 years .. that is really dumb - good Customer Service there ladies - is jealousy is your motivator

Skinology is a Med-based Practice designed to help individuals with their immediate skin care or cosmetic needs. We are foremost concerned with client satisfaction and results as our success is measured by the level of happy clients who walk out with a smile that exudes confidence!

The above consumer was one of these happy client's who did walk out very happy and not only did she tell us but went above and beyond to write us a nice email saying just how happy she was with the results attached for your review below.

With regards to the above client's claim, it should be noted that with any injectable treatment it is always about realistic expectations and results. This client was over 60 years old with a sufficient degree of volume loss and disproportion. It should also be noted that this client explained in her consultation that she has been seen and injected in the past year by several practitioners who she also reported dissatisfaction with as well. Upon hearing this we were sure to carefully explain to the client that we as practitioners are limited to achieve as much success as we can depending on how much product we have to work with, this of course depends on how many syringes the client decides to purchase based on our recommendations which are in retrospect to the individual's degree of volume loss.

Again it's about realistic expectations and results. We did point out to the client in consultation that there is always the possibility that subsequent treatment or product may be required after in order to achieve further result based on her preferences and liking. Also important is that we can never make any guarantees or promises with regards to the results or outcome as this obviously varies from one individual to the next based on many factors. However at Skinology we do look after our clients.

Safety is important to us at Skinology so we do take all necessary precautions and follow all mandatory protocols required before any procedures are performed. This client did have the opportunity to speak with a Consultant, Registered Nurse and a Licensed Physician prior to injection which of course she did sign all consents and acknowledgement of her Sign-off with the Physician. Skinology is overseen by a Licensed Physician, all treatments are rendered and performed by a Registered Nurse with over 5 years experience in the Industry treating clients. Furthermore, the Registered Nurse is an Advanced Cosmetic Injector Specialist.

Skinology is also equipped with all Medical Aesthetics and Laser Certifications. The above client was provided all opportunity to ask as many questions as she wanted. She felt very comfortable with our staff and did say on several occasions how professional and knowledgeable our staff was which is reiterated by her email attached for your review below.

Again, it's about realistic expectations and results which was explained to the consumer in consult. In short of a face lift which is what this client was obviously hoping for with her numerous injections by many different clinics in the past year all of which she was dissatisfied with, we then have the client now complaining that the product was ineffective.

The prices charge for the product go anywhere in the industry at retail value from $800 - $1000 so in essence this client actually got a very good deal! It must be noted that after her injection here she had considerable and noticeable improvement in volume and symmetry which was evident through her pictures.

To conclude, in the cosmetic industry there are never and promises or guarantees but we always do our best to ensure all our client needs are looked after. If a correction is required we will do this if needed at no charge to any client. In this situation, it is not a correction as the client has noticeable improvement however is seeking more product to increase result without having to pay for it.

We always invite and welcome customer feedback.

It is our goal to respond to customer inquiries or complaints within 24 hours. We always offer corrections to any individuals requiring at no charge which many clinics or med spas will not even offer.

Please find below a copy of an email sent from the client expressing how happy she was with our services and her treatment, completely contraindicating her claim above. For confidentiality reasons her name and email are masked to protect her personal identity: -------------------------------------------------- -------- Original Message -------- Subject: RE: Appointment Confirmation From: xxxxne xxxxhan Date: Sun, March 23, 2014 7:34 am To: "info@***.ca" Hi Elka: Please let Alla know she did a beautiful job with the Radiesse product. Horrendous experience!

Since I started puberty, I have been suffering from severe cystic acne on my face and back. I booked a consultation appointment to get my acne finally treated after I saved some money exactly for that purpose. I was greeted by a consultation nurse who was very displeased with my look, since I have a lot of pimples. I felt embarrassed and did not enjoy the process one bit. She told me I have a lot of work ahead of me. She had a very annoying smirk on her face. The pricing is NOT what it is advertised, not even close. You give them money for them to laugh at your imperfections. In the end, I decided to go somewhere else and not give them a single dime. It just did not feel right. Did anyone else had a bad experience with them? I am very curious.

Hi Jeremy: I also had a very unpleasant experience at Skinology. I read the remarks from Skinology of February 23.

Let me correct a very glaring error. They report - "Skinology does not offer consults conducted by a nurse, all assessments are performed by a Medical Consultant. After this assessment phase only then are you booked in with a Registered Nurse for treatment. " that statement is so deceiving.

When I arrived for my 'consultation', Alla, the nurse, handed me the phone. There was a 'doctor' or so he called himself, at the other end of the phone. He asked me random questions, was I allergic to anything and that was it. No discussion of the product, the results, nothing.

In fact when I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and spoke to Teresa at the Better Business Bureau, she said - How do you know you were even talking to a Doctor? She went on to say - This is an entirely unregulated business and you have no idea who you were talking to. You could have been talking to someone's brother. You don't know - And she was correct.

I did not know and judging by the fact Alla admitted the product was ineffective and now refuses to honour the Refund she promised, who knows who I was talking to. In any event it is highly likely you were at the same office with the same person. There was no Medical Consultant present and a lousy phone conversation is not a consultation.

After that experience and reporting this company to the trusting and unsuspecting public, I did my due diligence and research.

As I was researching other Clinics, I called a Clinic just up the street - Wellsprings Medical Spa - 11685 Yonge Street - 1-90*-***-**** - www.wellspringsmedical.com - I spoke to a highly professional and caring Receptionist - Mary - I gave Mary a brief description of my 'encounter' with Skinology. I asked to see an expert at their Clinic. She would not book an appointment with the Clinician until I had seen the Doctor. She flat out refused.

She said it is necessary you speak to the Doctor first. That is proper protocol and full disclosure. I went, spoke to the Doctor, saw the Clinician, now understand why the product was such an abysmal failure and will continue with Michelle, the Clinician at Wellsprings Medical Spa, going forward. I highly suggest you contact Mary for an appointment so you can see their Doctor.

He is a wonderful accommodating man and he will direct you. There is no charge to see the Doctor and no one will try and up sell you as they did at Skinology ... and their ongoing refusal to HONOUR their Refund promise rather stares greed in the face for sure.

I hope you will follow my encouragement to go there. All the very best and keep me posted

Hello,

Are you sure you have the correct spa in Richmond Hill? Skinology does not offer consults conducted by a nurse, all assessments are performed by a Medical Consultant.

After this assessment phase only then are you booked in with a Registered Nurse for treatment.

Please contact us if there is any help we can assist you with at 905-237-****.
